Assassin Cartuja is a 4-star Dark Warrior built as a single-target lockdown unit whose damage scales off his own max Health. His basic attack claws one enemy with a chance to provoke them for a turn, while his cooldown skill dashes in to stun a single target for a turn, letting him hard-disable a key threat. His passive raises his own Evasion by 50% and every other ally's by 20%, and gives him Combat Readiness each time he successfully dodges, so he survives by being hard to hit and turns those dodges into extra turns for himself.

• Single key threats he can lock down — He stuns one enemy for a turn on his dash and can provoke another on his basic, so a high-value attacker or carry that relies on taking its turn gets shut out of the fight for a round.
• Heavy hitters who depend on landing attacks — His +50% self Evasion plus team-wide +20% Evasion makes him and his allies frequently dodge incoming hits, and every dodge he makes pushes his own Combat Readiness so he keeps acting faster.
• High-defense bruisers and tanks — His damage scales with his own max Health rather than Attack, so beefy, armored targets do not blunt his output the way they would against a normal attacker.
