Harsetti is a 5-star Dark Mage built around speed control and buff denial whose damage scales with her own max Health. Her passive, the Law of Skuggiheim, locks her own Speed and caps every other hero at 90% of it while cancelling all Combat Readiness boosts on her turn, so in PvP she effectively guarantees she moves first and denies enemy turn-cycling. Her basic attack hits one target with a chance at Defense Down, then on her turn fires En Passant to strike all enemies with a 60% Attack Down, while her cooldown skill Checkmate hits the whole team, ignores Defense, strips two turns of buff duration, and can make targets Unbuffable for two turns, dealing extra damage when her Focus is full.

  • Fast enemies and Combat Readiness manipulators — Her passive caps every other hero's Speed at 90% of her own and ignores all Combat Readiness increase effects on her turn, so speed-stackers and CR-pushers can't out-cycle or get ahead of her in PvP.
